FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

We offer a full range of dental services including radiographs, checkup exams, cleanings, emergency appointments, periodontal treatment, tooth-colored composite fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, and advanced dental treatments such as implants, Invisalign, all-on-4, veneers, smile makeovers, and full mouth reconstruction.

Is your office accepting new patients?

Yes, we are welcoming new patients. For emergencies, we are usually able to see you on the same or next business day.  To establish comprehensive care, the first appointment is typically 90 minutes and may book out a few weeks. Please call for available times.

What should I bring to my first visit?

For your first visit with us, we ask that you please bring your photo ID, a list of your current medications and health conditions, and if applicable, any insurance information.  Also be prepared to discuss your oral health goals and any concerns you may have.

Can I transfer my dental records to your office?

Yes, if you have recent X-rays at a previous office, we invite you to have them sent over, and we can even help you with the process.  Most times we will also take current X-rays for proper diagnoses, but previous records are valuable for comparison and to monitor for changes.

Do you have female dentists and/or hygienists?

At this time, our team is all women including 4 hygienists, 3 dentists, assistants and front office team.

What should I expect at my first dental appointment?

We pride ourselves on patient experience, and the best experience starts with knowing what to expect!  New patient comprehensive appointments take around 90 minutes and include necessary x-rays, photos, and screenings. Although we love to complete cleanings on the 1st visit, we diagnose the health of your gums first and reschedule for a separate appointment time if indicated. Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most PPO dental insurance plans and can bill your insurance on your behalf as either an in-network or out-of-network provider depending on your plan. Please call for the most accurate, up-to-date information.

Does your office accept Medicaid or Medicare?

No, currently we are not in any Medicare or Medicaid programs.

How often should I get a dental checkup?

Every 6 months is the most common recommendation.  However, we always personalize your care based on your specific risk for decay and gum disease, and if indicated, we recommend a more appropriate recall interval.

Do you offer a New Patient Special, discount, or coupon?

No, we do not have any New Patient Specials, discounts, or coupons.  We believe these marketing tactics are used as loss-leaders which rely on you needing additional treatment to compensate for the initial loss.  Therefore, we set fair fees for our services.

Will my insurance cover this treatment (i.e. crown, implant, filling, etc)?

What procedures your insurance covers and at what % depends on the contract your employer negotiates with the insurance company.  We can help you verify your benefits and provide estimates of your coverage.

Do you accept Care Credit?

Yes, we accept Care Credit. Care Credit is a third party lender for health care.
