Dr. Carly Paragas
DDS
Dr. Carly Paragas, DDS, developed an interest in dentistry during middle school when the orthodontists in her small hometown of Watseka, Illinois, literally changed her life. Their bright, cheerful office was always filled with happy patients, and the whole team obviously loved their jobs. By the time they had straightened out the teeth that got her bullied on the school bus, Dr. Carly was completely sold on a career devoted to beautifying smiles!
After dental school, Dr. Carly married her college sweetheart, Ray, and then served 6 years in public health dentistry in the south suburbs and Watseka. Once they welcomed their first daughter, Dr. Carly knew it was time to pursue her dream of private practice. In 2016, that dream became a reality right here in Oak Forest—what started as a vision quickly grew into something special, and in 2023, she upgraded to the beautiful new office they call home today!
Dr. Carly's goal has always been to create a place where patients feel heard, respected, and well-cared for, while receiving the highest quality dentistry available. She is proud to lead an exceptional team that shares this mission and is committed to creating an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through their doors.
One of Dr. Carly’s favorite things about dentistry is that there is always something new and exciting to learn! Over the years, she’s taken hundreds of hours of continuing education in many areas including dental implants, Invisalign, dentures, surgery, esthetics, and complete smile makeovers.
She also stays actively involved in the Chicago Dental Society, Elevated Dentistry Study Club, the Oak Forest–Crestwood Area Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of both the Academy of General Dentistry and the American College of Maxillofacial Implantology.
Outside the office, Dr. Carly’s greatest joy is time with her family. She and Ray have two daughters, Grace and Amelia, and two cats, Rocket and Mittens. Their girls keep them busy with volleyball, gymnastics, and piano, and they love movie nights, bike rides, traveling, and making memories together.

Dr. Caitlin Kompanowski
DMD
Dr. Caitlin has proudly served as a dentist at Advanced Solutions Family Dental since 2020. Known for her friendly and compassionate approach, she is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident while achieving healthy, beautiful smiles.
An active member of both the Dental Arts Club and the Chicago Dental Society, Dr. Caitlin is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry. Her passion for the profession began at a young age, inspired by her father, who is also a dentist.
Whether providing routine hygiene care, restorative treatments, or cosmetic enhancements, Dr. Caitlin works closely with each patient to help them achieve their smile goals. She is especially excited to offer Invisalign® clear aligner therapy and has been practicing clear aligner treatment since 2020, helping patients straighten their smiles with comfort and confidence.
Outside the office, Dr. Caitlin enjoys spending time with friends and family — and of course her perfect pooch, Nugget! She loves traveling, crafting, and baking, and enjoys sharing recipes with patients. She’s also always happy to talk all things Disney.
