Dr. Carly Paragas
DDS
Dr. Carly’s interest in dentistry began when she had braces in middle school. She LOVED her orthodontists Drs. Martin and Rose in her hometown of Watseka. Their bright, cheery office was always filled with happy patients, and it was obvious that the assistants and doctors truly enjoyed their jobs. By the time they had beautified Dr. Carly’s smile, she was hooked!
In 2002, she began studying biology at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she met her husband Ray. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at UIC College of Dentistry in 2010 and then worked for a public health organization for 6 years in Chicago Heights, Joliet, and Watseka. During that time she gained even more experience and clinical skills practicing with some amazing dentists! She also served as an adjunct faculty member for Midwestern Dental School training students on their clinical rotations.
After marrying Ray and having their first daughter, Dr. Carly knew it was time to pursue her dream of owning her own private dental office. She began practicing in Oak Forest in 2016 and is so glad she did! She is now the proud owner of Advanced Solutions Family Dental where she and her team work hard to deliver on their VISION for the practice: To be the standard of quality dentistry, community service, and customer service in the Oak Forest area! She is grateful for the opportunity to become part of and to serve in this community. She stays involved in the Chicago Dental Society, the Oak Forest-Crestwood Area Chamber of Commerce, the American College of Maxillofacial Implantology, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
When she’s not in the office, she’s focused on her other priority- her family! She and Ray have two young daughters, Grace and Amelia, and two cats Peach and Rocket. The Paragas family loves music- especially outdoor concerts and dancing in their kitchen. Other favorites include the Brookfield Zoo, the library, and game nights, usually Candy Land or Pretty Pretty Princess!

Dr. Caitlin Kompanowski
DMD
Dr. Caitlin is a proud Hawkeye, having completed her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Iowa. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from Midwestern University where she served as philanthropy chair for Delta Sigma Delta. She also represented the Chicago Dental Society as a student lobbyist in Washington D.C. where she had the opportunity to speak with Congressmen regarding dental legislation. Dr. Caitlin has a passion for public service and has served in two dental outreach trips in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. During these trips, she served over 500 patients with her team who otherwise would have no access to the high quality of dental care everyone deserves.
Dr. Caitlin also practices part time with her father and role model, Dr. Robert Kompanowski, D.D.S., a highly respected dentist in Park Ridge, IL. She is a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate dentist who will further the Advanced Solutions Family Dental mission to provide the best, most comprehensive dental care and excellent patient experiences possible!
When Dr. Caitlin is not in the office, you will most likely find her with her new puppy Nugget or exploring new places with family and friends. She is a huge Disney fan and loves competing in DisneyRun races as well. She is very excited to join our team, meet our amazing patients, and continue to grow and expand the services offered at Advanced Solutions Family Dental!
Dr. Rebecca J. Hudson
Dr. Rebecca J. Hudson grew up in Flossmoor, IL and, as fate would have it, she became a dentist. Dr. Becca graduated from Homewood-Flossmoor High School. She attended DePaul University downtown Chicago where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and Mathematics. On the side, she worked at a local ice cream shop, where she helped cure the occasional sweet tooth!
Soon thereafter, she attended Philadelphia’s Temple University dental program, where she became “TempleMade” and earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. She spent her free time meandering through the charming streets of Philadelphia and finding cute little cafes and dog parks to sit and relax. As a running enthusiast and regular attendee of the “Bagel Run Club”, she eventually became the Wellness Chair of the American Student Dental Association of her school and held events, like outdoor yoga, hiking trips, a succulent planting workshop and skiing.
Wellness and learning are still integral parts of Dr. Becca's life. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society. She regularly attends meetings for the prestigious Seattle Study Club and Spear Education groups. She also participates in the Clinical Mastery Series events where she is always striving to elevate the care she is able to provide to her patients. She enjoys all things active and outdoors, as well as artsy things like painting and decorating. She loves collaborating and wants to help people live healthy, fulfilling lives.
Dr. Becca aims to treat her patients like family and care for them on a holistic level – after all, the mouth is central to the most vital parts of the body. She takes pride in serving the south side and is happy to take care of your dental needs!
